I can't exactly pinpoint the first time I ever met Tim. I had known his sister, Beth for a while and I had seen them together at many church activities but he was always just "Beth's quiet brother." I do remember that the first time I really noticed him and talked to him (and he actually talked back) was at a Summer picnic that the Battle Creek Ward of the church put on last Summer. We talked about who knows what and then that was it. A few months later, Tim attended my branch of the church in Kalmazoo, known as the KUB or the Kalamazoo University Branch with Beth and as we were having a brunch after services, we got to talking and I started to realize that we had a lot in common. I liked this weird guy! Over the next couple of months, we talked over facebook and whatnot, neither one of us making a move. I had given up on guys at this point but I decided that if a guy wanted to date me, he would make it happen. So come the end of 2018 and he FINALLY asked me to his family's New Years Eve party. It took the whole night, but during the countdown, he took my hand and didn't let go. We started going on dates and let's just say our love came naturally. I knew he was the one from the start and it didn't take him long to be right there with me. The day Tim proposed was one of the happiest days of my life and I am excited to start our forever!
