What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. Guests may want to choose various styles of formal to semi-formal evening attire. If you're looking for suggestions, we recommend a polished yet comfortable feel, with light and airy fabrics, perfect for a summer wedding. Feel free to add a touch of country flair if you like!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name should appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at The Barn at Arlington Acres in Tiffin, Ohio. This historic venue features both indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful summer evening.

Are there any hotel accommodations available?

Answer

Yes. Additional details about the hotel accommodations and links to reserve your accommodations can be found under the travel tab. There will be several other events taking place in Tiffin, Ohio on the same weekend as our wedding. There are limited hotels in the area. Therefore, we ask that you secure your hotel accommodations as soon as possible. You may also consider the camping/RV accommodations, as well as the Airbnb and VRBO options listed under the travel tab.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive by 5:00 PM, when the prelude music and seating will begin. The ceremony will start shortly thereafter.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available at The Bart at Arlington Acres, for all of our guests.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. Alcohol will be served at our wedding; therefore, we are providing complimentary transportation, back to the following hotel accommodations: Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and the bridal party houses. Transportation will be available from 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 pm. Your vehicle may be left at Arlington Acres for the evening if needed, but it must be picked up by noon on Sunday, June 22, 2025. This complimentary transportation will NOT take you to the event; it will only take you to your hotel accommodations at the end of the night. You may want to consider being dropped off at Arlington Acres by other means if you plan to take our complimentary transportation back to the hotel. That way, you do not have to leave your vehicle overnight. Either option is fine.
