Maymont Park

As a Richmond native this has been my favorite place to visit all my life. They are a huge property consisting of animals, gardens (Japanese, Italian, etc), kid friendly nature center, and a beautiful historic home. Free admission (except for the house tours), great for a picnic or to walk around. Wear comfy clothes and good walking shoes!
