Flight
The San Luis Obispo Airport is just north of Santa Maria. It is also a smaller airport with just a few gates for inbound/outbound flights. United Airlines services this airport. Travel time is approximately 1/2 hour.
Flight
Santa Barbara Municipal Airport is located on the coast just south of Santa Maria. It is a beautiful airport that is very easy to navigate. The airport only has about six gates for incoming/outgoing planes. From this airport, guests should take the 101 North to Santa Maria. Beautiful, golden hills and minimal traffic. Travel time is approximately one (1) hour.
Flight
Burbank Airport may be an option for you. Southwest airlines has regular flights scheduled along with United Airlines. But, you will need to go directly Southwest Airlines website (as they cannot be found through travel websites like Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia, etc.) Southwest Airlines: https://www.southwest.com/ If you would like to skip driving the freeways, the Amtrak Rail has a station platform right in the parking lot! You may be able to coordinate your flight and then get on the train. The train travels all the way up the coast (unbelievably beautiful coastline views) to Santa Barbara (where you could rent a car) or Guadalupe (15 minutes from Casa de Cora - The Cora's. https://www.amtrak.com/home Travel Time is approximately three (3) hours.

Los Angeles International Airport is a busy urban airport that is in the heart of the LA in all of its glory - including seven lane highways that are usually very busy. Remember to check Southwest Airlines for flights to and from your destination - sometimes the sales are really economical. You will need to go directly to Southwest Airlines website (as they cannot be found through travel websites like Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia, etc.). Southwest Airlines: https://www.southwest.com/ Arriving in Los Angeles, take the 405 North freeway to the 101 North freeway. Stay on the 101 North all the way to Santa Maria. Travel time is approximately three (3) hours.
