Saturday June 11th from 12pm - 8pm & Sunday June 12th from 12pm - 6pm Celebrate everything uniquely Baltimore at this annual, eclectic festival. Honfest, named after the colloquial term "Hon" which is short for honey, honors the traditional working-class women of Baltimore and their unique sixties-era style. Originally just a simple Best Hon pageant, the event has grown into a full blown festival with live music, dance performances and local shops and vendors to displaying their wares. The highlight is still the Hon Fest pageant , where locals compete to win the title of Best Hon.
