The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. We ask that guests arrive by 3:30-3:45 to allow time to park, get to the ceremony site, and settle in. The ceremony site is 5-10 minutes by foot from the parking, and there will be golf cart rides available for those who cannot walk to the site. For those planning on walking, make sure to wear comfortable shoes!
We ask that guests wear cocktail or semi-formal attire and comfortable shoes for walking/dancing. It may get cold this time of year so consider bringing layers! Also a reminder to the ladies to please avoid wearing a white/very light colored dress.
If you've been given a plus one, it will be indicated on the RSVP. If you do not have a plus one indicated specifically by name, please do not bring an additional guest.
Yes! All of the kids have been included in the RSVP counts.
We have a hotel block booked at the Hilton Garden Riverwatch in Auburn. More information listed under the Travel tab on our website. Be aware the hotel is about 25-30 minutes from the venue.
There are two parking lots available at the venue. Please see attached map for more information.
Sadly, we weren't able to find a transportation company to bring our guests to and from the hotel. Please plan accordingly and drive responsibly.
Yes! We will have two signature cocktails, a variety of wines, and beer brewed by the master himself (Geoff Dyhrberg) all available at the bar! We will also have a variety of soda, as well as hot chocolate, warm cider, and coffee available as nonalcoholic options. Please drink responsibly if you are planning to drive after the reception.
There will be appetizers available during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be served buffet style from Roadside BBQ. We will have options of pulled pork, pulled chicken, and brisket, as well as cornbread, baked beans, mac n cheese, coleslaw, rolls, and salad.
