FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suite, but a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or mid length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers. We also ask that guests kindly avoid any colors reserved for the bride- white, cream, ivory. Keep in mind the venue is both indoor and outdoor.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name. We appreciate your understanding as we want this event to be our closest friends and family. Please text us if you need any clarity. Thank you!

Question

Are my kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we respectfully decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event (the only exception are the little ones in our immediate family). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a night of dancing with us!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by Monday, August 11th so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We hope you can understand! The RSVP section will be on the website following invites.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an 'unplugged' ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer that we strongly believe can capture each moment! This is one of the most special days our lives and we would hate to have a person or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony exit, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want. We would love for you to share them with us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a full and open bar waiting for you. Please note that we have shuttle transportation to bring you to/from our wedding back to the hotel at the end of the evening. We would like to party with each of you but safely. Enjoy!

Question

Where do I park? When do I arrive?

Answer

Our venue has plenty of parking options for you! Both the ceremony and the reception will be at the same place. We recommend arriving to the venue 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find your seat. However, we strongly encourage you to utilize our shuttle service.

Question

Can I know in advance what will be served at dinner?

Answer

Of course! We will have menus at the table but dinner will consist of- House salad (ranch and Italian dressing served) with assorted rolls Riesling chicken breast and Italian sausage lasagna Green beans with garlic parmesan Yukon potatoes For children- fruit cup, mac and cheese, and a roll with butter

For all the days along the way
