"Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?"

Answer

NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! We have entrusted an amazing staff of photographers and videographers to capture our once in a lifetime event. Please do not ruin the moment by attempting to take your own photos/videos. Kierra and Shawn are happy to take pictures with you at the reception!

"Is the wedding fund in the registry tab legit?"

Answer

Yes, as much as we love and appreciate any and all gifts from our loved ones, we simply do not have room or need for any physical gifts. Should you choose to give us anything, we would appreciate monetary contributions only. If you feel weird about doing it in the "registry" tab on the website, we are happy to supply you our Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, etc. Thank you in advance!

“What is the dress code for the wedding?”

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire!

"What time can I arrive at the venue the day of the wedding?"

Answer

Doors will open for guests at 3:45pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm.

What timezone is the location in?

Answer

Eastern Time!

"What hotels are near the wedding site?"

Answer

We have blocks of rooms at select hotels nearby!! You can find discounted rooms in the "Travel" tab on this site. If you have any issues with the links, please let us know!

"Where do I park at the venue?"

Answer

There are plenty of parking spots as soon as you enter the property! PLEASE do not attempt to drive around the building or into the housing sites nearby as they are private property.

"I made a mistake on my RSVP...how do I fix it?"

Answer

Please text Kierra and/or Shawn and they will handle it!

Question

"I have a baby that will not eat during the reception; do I count them on the RSVP"

Answer

If you have an underaged child who is NOT using a seat AND ALSO not eating the food provided, you do not need to list them on the RSVP. If only one of these things is true, please contact Kierra and Shawn immediately. If both are true, please add them to the RSVP in the appropriate box.

"I was not sent an invitation and cannot RSVP"

Answer

This means you were not on the original guest list and therefore cannot RSVP. Please contact Kierra & Shawn directly concerning this.

"I need accessible accommodations, who do I speak to?"

Answer

Please contact Kierra and Shawn immediately and they will ensure Amy and her staff can accommodate as needed!

Question

“I haven’t received an invitation in the mail”

Answer

We will not be sending formal invitations with a program attached. If you received a save the date AND you RSVP’d on the website then you are good to go!

Question

“What is the food and drink situation?”

Answer

Food will be buffet-style with an open bar! The bar will close at 9:30pm without a “last call” announcement

“I just found out I can’t make it what do I do?”

Answer
