We are truly excited to celebrate with you. Because this is an intimate event with carefully planned seating, catering, and accommodations, we kindly ask that you check your schedule before submitting your RSVP. Please do not RSVP “yes” unless you are confident you can attend. If you do not RSVP by the stated deadline, we will assume you are unable to attend. If your plans change after you RSVP, please notify the couple as soon as possible. We ask that guests honor their RSVP commitment. Late cancellations or no-shows have a meaningful impact on planning and are deeply felt. Thank you for respecting the care and intention that has gone into this celebration.

While this celebration is designed to be an adult-focused event, we understand that some guests may wish to bring their children. To accommodate those needs, the couple has secured exclusive access to the on-site daycare center at the venue, with very limited availability. If you would like your child to attend, please contact the couple in advance to confirm availability. Important Details: All children under 18 must remain in the daycare center for the entire duration of the event, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Children will not be seated with guests during cocktail hour or the reception. Parents must complete routine check-ins with their child and care staff throughout the event. A kid-friendly meal will be provided in the daycare center. Parents are encouraged to supply snacks, drinks, and favorite toys, activities, or devices to help keep their child comfortable and engaged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

We kindly ask all guests to join us in all-black formal attire. Think elegant, timeless, and chic. We cannot wait to see our loved ones show up in their best black looks to help create a stunning, cohesive atmosphere for our celebration.

We cherish celebrating with our nearest and dearest. If you're part of an established couple, you'll find both of your names warmly listed on your invitation. While we're keeping our wedding intimate, we've carefully considered each guest invitation. If a plus-one is included for you, this will be clearly noted during the RSVP process. We appreciate your understanding as we craft a meaningful and personal celebration.

Please plan to arrive by 2:30 pm so you have time to park, get seated, and settle in. Guests will be seated at 2:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. Guests who arrive after the ceremony has started will be kindly asked to remain in the cocktail lounge until the ceremony concludes, to avoid disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and timely arrival as we celebrate this special moment.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony to ensure the moment is intimate, meaningful, and beautifully captured by our professional photographer. We kindly ask all guests to remain present and respectful by keeping phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. There will be one special 60-second photo opportunity during the ceremony where guests may take out their phones and capture a few pictures! After the ceremony, there will be plenty of time to take photos with the couple and create lasting memories together. Thank you for honoring this request and helping us preserve the beauty of our day.

Yes! We will be offering an open champagne bar along with an exquisitely crafted wine-based cocktail menu. We’re especially excited to share our signature cocktails, created just for this celebration. We can’t wait for you to enjoy them!

Yes! A beautifully curated dinner will be served during the reception. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please reach out to the couple in advance so we can ensure accommodations are made. Shellfish will be present on the menu, but it will be handled and prepared separately to maintain safety for guests with sensitivities. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us, and we’re happy to work with you to make sure your meal is safe and delicious.
