When should I RSVP by? / Hasta cuándo debo confirmar mi asistencia?

Answer

We will need a finalized guest count by December 15th, 2025. We kindly request that you RSVP as soon as possible. Necesitamos que confirmen su asistencia antes del 15 de Diciembre 2025. Por favor, confirme su asistencia lo antes posible.

When should I arrive to the ceremony? / Cuándo debo llegar a la ceremonia?

Answer

We kindly request that everyone be seated by 1pm as the ceremony begins at 1:15pm. Por favor, lleguen temprano para estar sentandos a las 1pm para la ceremonia.

Will there be transportation from the ceremony to the reception? / Habrá transporte desde la ceremonia hasta el banquete?

Answer

Yes, we will have buses arriving at the church at 2:45pm Sí, los autobuses llegarán a la iglesia a las 2:45pm para llevarte al banquete.

Should I stay in Nuevo Vallarta or Puerto Vallarta? / Debería quedarme en Nuevo Vallarta o en Puerto Vallarta?

Answer

We have suggested a few hotel options in Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta on the Travel page. There are several resorts and AirBnB's in both places. Choosing a location in Puerto Vallarta will put you closer to the ceremony and choosing a location in Nuevo Vallarta will put you closer to the reception. Ultimately, we wanted to allow our guests to choose where ever you prefer. Hemos sugerido algunas opciones de hoteles en Nuevo Vallarta y Puerto Vallarta en la pagina de "Travel/Hoteles". Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? / Hay estacionamiento para la ceremonia o el banquete?

Answer

There will only be street parking at the ceremony and there will be a designated parking lot at the reception, although we recommend using Uber. Puedes estacionarte en la calle para la ceremonia. Habrá estacionamiento reservado para el banquete pero recomendamos que tomes un Uber o Taxi.

The ceremony will be indoors and the reception will be outdoors. La ceremonia será dentro y el banquete afuera.

What will the weather be like? / Qué tiempo hará?

Answer

During the day it will be around 80° F and humid. The temperature will drop to around 60° F at night. Durante el día será como 26° C y húmedo. La clima será como 15° C por la noche.

Cocktail attire. We recommend wearing a shawl as needed in respect for the ceremony. You may also want a light sweater for the evening. Código de vestimenta: semi formal. Recomendamos que tendras un chal para la ceremonia y posiblemente una chaqueta para el noche.

Should I rent a car? / Debo alquilar un carro?

Answer

It is not necessary to rent a car. Ubers are easily accessible and reasonably priced. However, you will need to take a taxi from the airport to your hotel when arriving as the airports do not let Ubers pick you up there.
