As most people could probably tell you, Evan and Kiera are very adventurous people. Whether it be backpacking or camping, they can always be found outside enjoying nature. So when the time came for them to plan their first date, it only made sense for that date to take place at one of the beautiful waterfalls in the Houghton-Hancock area near Michigan Tech. Up to this point however, Kiera had been led to believe that Evan did not own a car, and would therefore have to pick him up for their very first date, and drive him there (he did own a car, he just didn't want to lose his parking spot). Upon seeing each other for the first time, without even consulting one another, both of them had decided to wear their bright white crocs for the hike out to the falls. It was truly the meeting of the minds, and the start of a very heartwarming love story. Sometimes, a little white lie and some white crocs can take you as far as you can imagine.
