Cheekwood Estate and Gardens
Admission tickets available online. Gardens are open with tickets until 4 pm and access to the mansion with art exhibits inside. Often times in the summer there are pop up beer gardens and other fun exhibits and events during regular hours.
Downtown Franklin
Franklin is a city just south of Nashville, in Tennessee. A key site of the American Civil War, it’s home to 2 properties exploring the 1864 Battle of Franklin: Carter House and Carnton Plantation. Downtown’s Main Street is lined with galleries, antique shops and restored Victorian buildings.
Adventure Science Center
Adventure Science Center is a non-profit science museum for children located in Nashville, Tennessee. The museum features over 175 hands-on interactive exhibits with themes including biology, physics, visual perception, listening, mind, air and space, energy and earth science.
Nashville Zoo at Grassmere
The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere is a zoological garden and historic plantation farmhouse located 6 miles southeast of Downtown Nashville.
Downtown Nashville
Downtown is the energetic hub of Nashville’s country music scene, with crowded honky-tonk bars lining Broadway, the area’s main street. The 1892 Ryman Auditorium offers big-name concerts and backstage tours, while over in the District, the Johnny Cash Museum displays artifacts from the singer’s life. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in the SoBro area features hands-on exhibits and audio tours.
