Theme Parks
Whats a trip to Florida without a stop at a theme park?! If you know us you know that we love a good day at the parks. There are four major amusement parks within driving distance of St. Pete. Busch Gardens is the closest, located in Tampa 30 minutes away from Downtown St. Petersburg. The Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios , and Sea World, are all in Orlando, FL, which is located 1.5 hours east of St. Pete.
Disney Springs
Disney Springs is one of our favorite parts of the Disney Resort, and a great place to grab a drink while listening to some live music. It has something for everyone in the family, and the best part is... Parking and admission are FREE !!!
St. Pete Pier™
This is one of our favorite places to hangout in downtown St. Pete. The Pier features playgrounds and splash pads for the kids, live music, bars and restaurants all surrounded by the beauty of the Tampa Bay. There is even a small beach for anyone who wants to take a dip.
St. Pete Beach
Don't forget to make time for a relaxing trip to the beach!
Oak and Stone
Great place for pizza and beer, make sure to check out the self pour beer wall! This restaurant is located next door to the Hyatt Place St. Petersburg/Downtown.
Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grille
One of our favorite places to eat! Located minutes from the wedding venue and right on the water. Try the clam chowder!
