Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Kienan Brownrigg and Dan O'Callaghan

Explore Harbour Island

There is endless exploring to do in Harbour Island - we promise you won't get bored! We've listed a few highlights below, but you can check out Conch & Coconut's website for the full scoop on what to do, where to eat, and how to maximize your time. Keep in mind that we will be enjoying Harbour Island at the very start of their season so there are some places (hotels, restaurants & shops) that may not yet be open. We will update our recommendations closer to the date, based on what's open!

Visit Pink Sands Beach

Harbour Island or "Briland", is most renowned for its beautiful pink sand beach, stretching for three plus miles. You will also hear Harbour Island referred to as "Dunmore Town". There are restaurants, massages pavilions, hotels, and tiki bars as you walk along the beach. You can also snorkel right off the beach and see plenty of reefs, fish, sting rays, lobsters, starfish, etc!

Boat Excursions

There are many companies that will take you on a half or full day excursion around the area that you can find near the dock at the Romora Bay Marina. Popular activities include snorkeling, scuba diving, seeing the sea turtles, visiting Spanish Wells to explore and shop/eat for the day, swimming with the pigs, and exploring Preacher's Cove.

Deep Sea Fishing

This area has some fantastic fishing. There are multiple companies that you can find near the Romora Bay Marina that can tailor a fishing experience to what you are looking for. You can also go bone-fishing in the shallows off of the West side of the island without the need for a boat rental/guide.

Shopping

For such a small island, Harbour Island offers some great retail therapy. Walk through "Dunmore Town" and you will find a number of cute boutiques, galleries, and local shops. There is a local corner store with groceries and snacks called "Pigly Wigley" and also a few liquor stores in town.

Massages

While most hotels on Harbour Island do not have their own designated spas, there are massage therapists set up along Pink Sands Beach who offer seaside treatments, or you can schedule a therapist to visit you at your hotel.

Horse Back Riding on the Beach

Yes, this is a thing! Harbour Island is known for it's horses that roam the shoreline of Pink Sands Beach. If you'd like to go for a stroll, you can find a couple stables on the beach and book in to go for a ride.

For all the days along the way
