The Wedding Website of Kielley Lemkuil and Michael Sutor
Love is a community act. "When we are called to love, we are called to restore beloved community." -Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. It is this belief has shaped so much of who we are as a couple and the life we are building together. We have intentionally planned our wedding to celebrate the people, places, and relationships that have supported us along the way. It is a celebration of community, the joining of two families, and the neighborhood that is our home. Our wedding invitations reflect this commitment and love for our community. They were designed by our friend, Hannah Fricke, and symbolize not only our wedding day, but our marriage taking place within our neighborhood. The red lines represent the walking paths we take to and from the homes of loved ones in our neighborhood. The belly bands feature a hand-drawing by my sister, Gabrielle, of the bar where we first met, another place in our neighborhood and a reminder that our story began just around the corner from home.
