The closest airport is Redmond Oregon RDM.
We suggest renting a car at the airport. You will need your own transportation.
The drive from the airport to the venue is a little over an hour, so put on some good tunes or a murder mystery podcast.
We recommend you stop at a grocery store on the way for essentials (food, booze, toothpaste...)
If you are looking for lodging, we suggest booking an airbnb in La Pine, which is roughly 25 minutes from the venue and the closest small town.
There are some gems along the river!

Do not reserve any cabins at the Gilchrist Resort, as we have booked them all for family and select guests.
We will not be providing a shuttle due to the variety of lodging locations. If you want to schedule a ride we can help you find a private driver. Safety first please :)
Ensure you have a plan to drive to and from the venue if you are at a nearby rental.
Otherwise, you can crash on the couch!
