The closest airport is Redmond Oregon RDM.
We suggest renting a car at the airport. You will need your own transportation.
The drive from the airport to the venue is a little over an hour, so put on some good tunes or a murder mystery podcast.
We recommend stopping at a grocery store on the way for essentials (food, booze, toothpaste...) due to the rural location of our venue. Stores in Bend are preferable!
We suggest booking an airbnb in La Pine, which is roughly 25 minutes from the venue and the closest small town OR renting/bringing an RV to dry camp on site. Please go to the FAQ page for more information on both options.
Do not reserve any cabins at the Gilchrist Resort, as we have them all booked out.
We will be booking a sprinter van to take guests back to their lodging from the venue on a first come first serve basis running from 8pm to 1am. There could be up to an hour wait between shuttles.
Otherwise, you'll be crashing on the couch!
