Semi-formal! There will be cowboy hats and cowboy boots. If you plan on wearing heels, please be sure to bring some comfy sneakers or other option. The ranch is essentially glamping, but does have some uneven turf. Plan for grass and dirt. Shorter than floor length skirts would be advantageous. Don't worry about a color palette!
There is abundant parking at the ranch and all critical areas can be reached with a 2WD vehicle. ADA parking available at various key sites (main entrance as well as reception space). Any one of us could be in a wheelchair by April 2027! Though we're having a ranch wedding, we plan to ensure it's 100% accessible for all involved. Special accommodations can happily be made/guaranteed, just let us know what needs doing as soon as possible.
The bride hates waiting for a bathroom! There will be ample ADA accessible bathrooms available at all venue areas. Any hindrance or line shall hopefully be minimal.
As much as we love the idea of an offline wedding...... we really love video games. We're happy to report that the entire ranch operates on Starlink. Connecting and sharing should be convenient and efficient.
Some comfy shoes you don't mind getting a little dirty and a swim suit if you want to swim! Allergy medications (pollen)! Binoculars for the birds. Maybe some leafy greens for the ranch animals. A hat would be a good idea, though shade should be easy to come by at all areas. Sunscreen! If you want to bring a fishing pole you're welcome to; the ranch offers catch and release fishing at the pond. If you're inclined, bring some balls or frisbees! There's a basketball court and plenty of open lawn space to kick a soccer ball around.
Hell yeah brother
Absolutely, and there should be plenty for them to do! We just ask that if they're being noisy during the ceremony/speeches that y'all step away until they calm down.
