Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We love that you want to share the day with someone special, but due to a strict venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be listed under your name when RSVPing. Please be sure you are RSVPing for your entire party. Thanks for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Our venue presents safety hazards for children and a strict limit on the guest count. We hope you can enjoy the opportunity for a date night!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal attire! Wear any color - florals, patterns or solids. Please avoid wearing white or solid red. See the "What to Wear" page for inspo & Semi-Formal guidelines!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 6:30 pm EST. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and settle in before things begin!

How is the parking?

Answer

The venue provides a free parking lot on site. The venue also provides shuttling from the parking lot since walking up stairs is needed to reach the ceremony area. The venue is accessibility friendly for wheelchairs.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Whether you are accepting or declining the invitation, please let us know by April 18, 2026. Your timely response really helps us plan the best experience for everyone — meals, seating, and more.

Can I bring alcohol?

Answer

We will be having an open bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. The venue does not allow outside alcohol onto the premises.

Are there places to stay?

Answer

We have reserved a Hotel Block at Baymont by Wyndham in London, KY. This hotel is around 10 minutes from the venue. There are other hotels close by as well. See more information on the Hotel page!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so our professional photographer can capture everything beautifully. We promise to share the photos!

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

To keep everything running smoothly, we need all responses by April 18, 2026. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we’ll unfortunately have to assume you won't be attending - and we'll miss you! We really appreciate your understanding as we have to provide final guest counts to the venue and all vendors in a timely manner.
