Is there a dress code?

Answer

The venue is Semi-Formal. We know you will all show up looking your best and fabulous! Heels a good idea? Sure! While we will be on a golf course the walking paths will all be concrete or gravel, so feel free to wear heels.

What if it rains?

Answer

Washington weather in October can be unpredictable so you’ll want to prepare for potential rain. We will provide ponchos in the case of a rainy day and then the reception is fully indoors.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to venue capacity we can’t host any additional guests that didn’t receive formal invitations.

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have appetizers during cocktail hour and guests will have the choice from a dinner buffet. If you have food allergies, or have specific dietary needs, please contact us so we can speak to the venue about alternatives.

You can RSVP on this very website! Please send us your acceptances or regrets by September 21st, 2023.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have listed a few hotels under the “travel” section of this site to consider. There are plenty of options in the surrounding area, however, Bremerton or Silverdale will be the closest locations to find lodging.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please let Wes or Annie know and they will arrange for a meal that fits your needs.
