We will post additional information as the wedding nears, but here are the answers to some the most common questions!
Question

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both located at The Butterfly Pavilion. 4111 New Hope Church Rd SE Acworth, GA 30102

Question

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM and dinner will be served at 6:30PM. A cocktail hour will be enjoyed between the ceremony and reception.

Will there be a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

A cocktail hour will be enjoyed between the ceremony and reception from 5:00-6:00 PM. For those who may want to skip cocktail hour you are welcomed to take the shuttles back to the hotels to freshen up and then return on the shuttle in time for dinner.

Are children invited to the Wedding?

Answer

While we love children, our wedding will be an adult-only event.

What is the attire?

Answer

For the wedding we ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. For those who can be there, the welcome event on Thursday will be casual attire.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

March in Georgia can be unpredictable. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. For the ladies there is some loose gravel, stone and grass. The reception will be held under the pavilion which is covered on all sides.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Besides the main event, aka “The Wedding”, we will be hosting a Welcome Party on Thursday night, for those guests who will be in town. Children are more than welcomed to this event. In addition, on Friday March 24th we will be hanging out at Qualusi Vineyards starting at 3PM. Everyone is welcome to come hang out. The venue will have live music and food trucks beginning at 4PM. Answer

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, a complimentary shuttle from both hotels to the wedding venue will be available. Visit the Travel Page for more details.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample complimentary parking at the venue, but vehicles must be moved at the end of the night. No overnight parking is allowed.

Answer

Please RSVP by February 13th.
