Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 30th so that we can give the venue our list of accommodations needed and meals to be served.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones and would love for them to be present if they are listed on your RSVP list. However, please feel free to make this a date night without the kiddos! Alcohol will be flowing and there will be lots of dancing, and there is a hotel room blocked out for you to really enjoy yourselves without worrying about bedtimes or keeping an eye on them.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. If you need assistance or have further questions, feel free to reach out to the mother of the bride (530-440-3408) or the maid of honor (530-215-8704) for further clarification to ensure you look and feel your best.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 3:30 to ensure you have time to sign the guest book and get settled. The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 4:00. The doors will be closed to those who arrive after the ceremony is scheduled to start. If you happen to arrive after the doors close, we look forward to seeing you at cocktail hour following the ceremony.

Is there free parking?

Answer

There is free parking for all guests on site, as well as a shuttle to take any guests from the lower parking lot up to the venue if needed. There are also handicap parking spots at the entrance of the venue for those who may need it.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please inform the couple of any allergies or dietary restrictions as soon as possible (no later than June 30th) so they can inform the venue and make accommodations.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one indicated on your RSVP list, yes you may. Unfortunately, in order to stay within budget and stay within the capacity of our venue’s rules, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests. We look forward to seeing you!
