Our wedding ceremony and reception are private celebrations reserved exclusively for our invited guests. A valid invitation is required for entry to both the ceremony and reception. While we would love to celebrate with everyone, due to venue capacity, budget considerations, and our carefully planned guest count, we are only able to accommodate guests who have received an invitation. If a plus-one has been extended to you, it will be indicated on your invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests who were not included on your invitation. Unfortunately, no. Our venue and caterer require us to submit a final guest count three weeks before our wedding. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will be unable to include you in our final guest count. We kindly ask that you respect our planning deadlines, budget, and seating and catering arrangements by responding on time. Please RSVP by October 7, 2026, to be included in our celebration. After this date, there are no accommodations for guests who have not responded. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us make our special day run smoothly. We truly hope you’ll be there to celebrate with us!
Slightly early is best! We encourage guests to arrive with plenty of time to park and make their way to the ceremony. Guest seating in the Rotunda will take place from 3:45 p.m. to 4:25 p.m. Please allow additional time for parking and plan to be seated no later than 4:25 p.m. Once the ceremony begins, the doors will be locked and late entry will not be permitted. Guests arriving after the doors have closed will be asked to wait until the ceremony has concluded before entering. We appreciate your punctuality and look forward to celebrating with you!
There are several convenient parking options within walking distance of The Dayton Arcade. Street Parking Metered street parking is available throughout the blocks surrounding The Dayton Arcade.
