Maid of Honor
Meet the Co-Maids of Honor! Kiawna met both Cami (on the left) and Brittney (on the right) in 7th grade when she moved to Mesa Middle School. Even though she was the weird new girl who seemed to live in her Jack Skellington jacket, they embraced her and have been stuck with her ever since :')
Bridesmaid
The older sisters of the bride! Tanya (on the right) has always been a maternal figure for Kiawna as she called her "nanna" growing up (fun fact: she may have 11 years on her but can still drink her under the table). Courtney (on the left) and Kiawna didn't get along growing up as Kiawna annoyed the crap out of Courtney and her friends, but luckily they grew up to be the best of friends who have also traveled around the world and lived together :')
Bridesmaid
Kiawna met Jessica (in the middle) and Haylee (on the right) while they were all studying abroad in Florence, Italy in 2012. Jessica and Kiawna were roommates and Haylee basically lived at their apartment. After their year drinking far too many amaretto sours and eating infinite amounts of pasta and gelato, they have been a trio ever since. Fun fact: this photo was taken just back in July 2022 when the three of them took their 10 year reunion trip back to Florence :')
Best Man
Massimo met Alberto in kindergarten where they quickly became playfellows. What started as outside play was carried over to video games a few years later and since Covid you can find them almost every night playing Call of Duty Warzone together with the other best man, Luca. He is, admittedly, the best player out of the 3 (it pains Massimo a bit to say this :)) Like Massimo, he has also been a globetrotter vacationing in many exotic places and living around the world: he is currently in Austria doing his PhD in Biochemistry.
Best Man
Massimo met Luca in elementary school where they bonded over cartoon series such as Dragonball. They also shared a passion for video games which they have carried to adulthood with their daily dose of Call of Duty. While playing, he is best known among his peers for the profanities that gaming brings out of him. But make no mistake, Luca has a heart of gold.
Groomsman
Massimo met Filippo in elementary school where they shared a passion for soccer, although they were (and still are) fans of rival teams. While Massimo gave up on his dream of becoming a professional soccer player before his 20’s, Filippo is still playing to this day. Fun fact: Filippo has the strongest liver of our group of friends and Massimo is curious to see how he will be able to keep up with American drinkers.
Groomsman
Massimo met Matteo in elementary school, lived in the same neighborhood and grew up in the same group of friends. Matteo is the chillest in our group and Massimo has always admired him for his handyman skills (because Massimo has absolutely none ;)) which are probably coming in very handy now that he has to wrestle with giant Australian spiders.
Groomsman
Massimo met Marco when they were both doing their Bachelor's in Economics at the University of Padova, Italy, and they were roommates during their last year of school. Marco is the kind of person that gets along literally with everyone and always makes sure to take care of his friends: in fact he was the only reason why we didn’t starve and our apartment didn’t become a dump. Marco is now in Switzerland living the sweet life.
Groomsman
Massimo met colleague and friend Giuliano during an internship in 2016 in Berlin, Germany. They met while on an afternoon break in the tennis table room where Giuliano kicked Massimo’s butt with the weaker hand (little did Massimo know at the time that Giuliano had been a semi-professional tennis table player in his younger days in Italy). They both still work at the same company and enjoy partying together.
