How do we book our stay?

If you would like to stay at the Resort for the weekend, please use the link located on the travel page to get discounted rates for a king room or a double queen room at $249/night. Please call our Housing Coordinator, Carolina Hernandez, at (830) 598-3908, if you are interested in booking the suites, townhomes, or condos on the property. Can we extend our stay at the Resort?
Answer
Yes! When you initially click the booking link it will only allow you to book for 2 nights. Please book before February 28, 2025, to ensure you get your rooms.

Do we have to stay at the Resort?
Answer
No, you don't have to. There are two other hotels a mile away that you can stay at. However, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the resort for the wedding.

When should be RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP and book your discounted hotel stay by February 28th, 2025.

When should we arrive?
Answer
Plan on arriving on Friday March 28th, 2025 if you are staying at the resort or nearby hotel. Otherwise, the wedding is on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 5:00pm. Use your best judgement on when you should arrive so that you can be on time for the wedding.

Can I bring a plus 1?

No plus 1's without clearing it with us prior.

Can we bring our kids?
Answer
Please let us know beforehand if you plan on bringing your children. If you do not want your kids to be present at the ceremony/reception, the resort has a Kid's Club that will provide dinner and entertainment for those hours.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail semi-formal attire. Our theme is spring with accents of magenta and periwinkle. Feel free to wear something pastel or colorful. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel your best.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outside right on the lake on Shoreline lawn. We're hoping for mid 70's weather and plenty of sunshine. If the weather takes a turn, we have an indoor back up plan as well.
