If you have a little downtime, we’d love for you to visit the Walmart Museum on the square. It’s a quick, fun look into local history, and Spark Café next door has classic ice cream that’s perfect for wandering around downtown.
If you’re looking for an easy place to explore during the wedding weekend, we’d love for you to wander around the Bentonville Square. Grab a coffee at Onyx, walk up The Ledger for great views, shop around the local boutiques, and stop by the Farmers Market if you’re here on Saturday morning. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, including The Preacher’s Son, Mezzaluna, Table Mesa, and Junto for sushi. It’s a lively, walkable area that’s perfect for a relaxed morning or afternoon.
If you’re staying in Rogers, the Promenade is the main area to explore — it has plenty of shopping, restaurants, and places to walk around between wedding events. It’s also home to some of our favorite spots to eat, including Local Lime, which we love (Pro tip: order the queso!!!). Nearby, you’ll find the Walmart AMP, which often has concerts or events, and Topgolf if you’re looking for something fun to do with a group.
If you’re in the mood for a little adventure, Devil’s Den is one of the most beautiful spots in the area. The trails are scenic and peaceful, with caves, rock formations, and overlooks that make it a great place to spend a free morning or afternoon. It’s a lovely way to see a different side of Northwest Arkansas if you have the time.
If you’re looking to enjoy the outdoors, Coler is one of our favorite spots in Bentonville. The trails are peaceful and shaded, perfect for a walk or a bike ride, and there’s an Airship coffee shop tucked right in the middle of the preserve. It’s a really fun, relaxed place to explore during the wedding weekend.
If you have a little extra time, the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville is a beautiful place to walk around — and it’s especially meaningful to us since it’s where we went to school. After exploring campus, you can head over to Dickson Street for great food and drinks, or stop by the Fayetteville Square for shopping, cute boutiques, and a relaxed stroll. It’s a fun way to spend an afternoon or evening if you’re in the area.
Looking for a little adventure or a cozy day trip? Eureka Springs is a charming nearby town filled with unique shops, art galleries, great food, and beautiful Ozark scenery. Be sure to visit iconic spots like Thorncrown Chapel, explore the historic downtown, or take in the area’s scenic views. It’s the perfect place to explore, relax, and unwind while you’re in town.
If you’re looking for a spot to grab a drink in the evening, there are some great places just off the Bentonville Square, each with its own personality. Lady Slipper is perfect if you want something cozy and elevated, while Loveless has a lively, modern atmosphere. Undercroft offers a fun speakeasy feel beneath The Preacher’s Son, and Calisto is great if you're in the mood for a well-made cocktail in a relaxed space. If you prefer something more casual, Bentonville Brewing is close by and has an easygoing taproom that’s great for groups. All are walkable or a quick drive from the Square and make for a fun night out during the weekend.
