When is the RSVP deadline?

Please have your RSVP to us no later than August 8, 2025 so that we can provide our vendors a final headcount.

When should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM on Saturday. We recommend showing up 15-20 minutes early to ensure that you don't miss the ceremony!

Where will the ceremony take place?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony is outdoors.

Where should I park and will there be parking costs?
Answer
The venue has adequate parking, free of charge.
Question
Is the venue handicapped accessible?
Answer
We will have people stationed to transport any individuals in need of assistance.

May I bring a guest?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited. Thank you for not bringing a guest unless your invitation indicates otherwise.

Can I bring my small children?
Answer
We love the little ones, however we have opted for an Adult-Only Ceremony and Reception. Please refer to your invitation and RSVP card for details, and feel free to contact the Bride or Groom with specific questions.

What should I wear?
Answer
Semi-Formal, Men can wear slacks and a dress shirt and choose if they’d like to wear a tie or sport jacket. Women should wear a nice dress, skirt, or pants.

Should I bring cash for the bar?
Answer
We are offering an open bar during Cocktail Hour and the Reception with a variety of drinks available. Tipping the bar tender is not required, but always appreciated by the staff.

What if I have a dietary restriction?
Answer
The food we will be serving is listed, where we have marked choices gluten-free. If you have other dietary restrictions, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Will there be a buffet or a plated dinner?
Answer
Hors d'oeuvres will be passed by wait staff during cocktail hour, and dinner will be plated. Cake will be available after dinner for you.
