Question
When should I book my flight, and how do we get to Lake Como?
Answer
We recommend booking your flight by February if possible. To get to Lake Como first fly into Milan, Italy. Then take a train to Milan Centrale station. a regional train to Varenna-Esino. The train journey from Milan Centrale to Varenna-Esino takes about an hour. We recommend booking your arriving flight for Wednesday June 10, 2025. You are of course welcome to choose if you would like to fly in well before the wedding as part of your vacation. However, we still recommend flying into Italy on June 10th the latest.

Can I bring a date?

Due to the limited capacity in our ceremony venue, we are still waiting to confirm if we can accommodate everyone’s plus ones. Your partner is more than welcome to join you in your trip to Italy, and they are more than invited to our reception/dinner following the ceremony. However, we kindly ask for your patience while we coordinate with our planner to confirm how many plus ones are able to fit in our ceremony venue since it is a smaller space. We will send a final update and well as formal invites once more details are confirmed.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is semi formal! Please avoid any casual attire such as jeans or non dress shoes. Our theme is butter yellow and dusty blues. We would love for the men to wear linen suits with a dusty blue button down. For the women, please wear either a blue or yellow midi or maxi dress. Think chiffon, satin, and summery floral or solid patterns. We want our guests to wear what makes them feel confident (as long as it sticks to the theme!)
