Can I bring a guest?

We love that you want to share the day with someone special! If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will be listed on the RSVP. If not, we hope you’ll still join us — your presence truly means the world to us.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones! For this celebration, though, we’re keeping the guest list to adults only (unless your RSVP indicates otherwise). We hope you enjoy a carefree evening of good food, good music, and zero bedtime routines.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our celebration is black tie formal, so think elegant gowns and tuxedos. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing chocolate brown. We can’t wait to see everyone looking timeless and festive!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM, and doors open at 3:30 PM. Feel free to arrive anytime after then to get settled, say hello, and soak in the moment before we say “I do.”

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

A little bit of both! The celebration will flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, so you’ll get to enjoy the best of both worlds. When outside, it is mostly shaded.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

For our out-of-town guests, yes! There will be a bus running between the Landing Event Center and the Marriott(our hotel block) from 9:30–12am. Guests not staying at the Marriott will need to arrange their own transportation, such as carpooling or Uber/Lyft. We appreciate your cooperation with this!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue, but it is very limited. There is additional free parking located across the street from Bishop's Quarter. For our local guests, we recommend a ride share or getting dropped off to make arrival a little easier. We appreciate your help in keeping things smooth for everyone!

Yes! We’ll have an open bar with plenty of favorites — cheers to celebrating together!

We kindly ask you respond to the RSVP by August 15th, 2026.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we do! We’ve put together a small collection of things we love and would cherish as we start our life together. Your presence is truly the greatest gift, but if you’d like to browse the registry, you’ll find it linked on our website. We are registered with Zola & Amazon.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes — absolutely. The venue is fully accessible, and we want all of our guests to feel comfortable and cared for throughout the celebration. If you need any assistance or accommodations, please let us know so we can help make your experience seamless.

Yes! We’ve made sure the menu includes delicious gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian choices so everyone can enjoy the celebration. If you have any specific dietary needs, please ensure to notate this when submitting your RSVP.
