Our story began on her birthday in December of 2018. A chance meeting that felt effortless from the very start. Even then, it was clear there was something special between us. We became instant best friends, sharing a bond that felt both new and familiar, yet life had us heading in different directions. Over the next few years, our paths continued to cross in unexpected ways, as if the universe was quietly keeping us close. Then in 2022, fate brought us together once more; and this time, we knew. Everything fell into place, and we haven’t let eachother go since.

On October 25th, 2025, at Inspiration Point in Lake Alpine, California, I asked her to be my forever. The moment was carefully planned; I would bring her to the top of Inspiration Point in Lake Alpine, California, for what she thought was just another mountain adventure. As a gentle snowstorm rolled in, the world seemed to fall silent, leaving only us, the view, and the promise of forever. I chose that place because she is my greatest inspiration, the light behind every reason to keep climbing higher. After saying yes, we began our first adventure as an engaged couple; accidentally descending the wrong side of the mountain and finding ourselves lost for hours. Even then, it felt like the perfect start to our engagement: full of laughter, teamwork, and a reminder that we’ll always find our way together.
