It all began in the Spring of 2010. The Kesmens would invite Tommy to church for big events like Thanksgiving Potluck and The Christmas Party. During this time Tommy and Kiana would see each other. Shortly after, they became friends on Facebook and began a friendship. Facebook conversations turned into OOVOO video chats and those transitioned into texting daily. After a year of laughter and bonding over things like their mutual love for basketball and sneakers, Kiana moved to Miami FL. During this time, the space between them grew. A year later Kiana moved back to NY and reached out to Tommy to reconnect. The two reconnected at Tommy's basketball game. After this point, Tommy was adamant that he would " bag" Kiana one day. After graduating high school and entering college, Tommy began taking Kiana on several dates. On February 14th 2015, Tommy asked Kiana to be his girlfriend. They have since traveled to many places, moved many times, enjoyed many steaks, and through it all, their love for each other has remained strong.
