The tale is as old as time. Kiana and Mitch met the first day of high school. According to insider sources, Mitch already knew who Kiana was before they ever met in person. On the very first day of school they sat across from each other in class, from then on they saw each other every day. They became such good friends Mitch would drop Kiana off at home after school. She usually had to bribe him with a milkshake but we all know it was never about the milkshake. They remained friends until the end of Sophomore year when they realize they wanted to be more. They finished high school together, Kiana went to San Diego State that fall where she continued her education and became a collegiate cheerleader while Mitch was 30 minutes away at Palomar College playing baseball and continuing school. Two years later, Mitch committed to Utah Valley University where he would play baseball and finish his education. Long distance is certainly not for the faint of heart, but they knew it would all be worth it in the end. They visited each other as much as they could, many flights, facetime calls, and text messages. After college the long distance journey continued... Kiana was living in San Diego and starting her big girl job while Mitch continued his journey in professional baseball. More flights, face time calls, and text messages throughout the day but the love never faltered. In time, Mitch hung up his cleats and was offered a coaching position at his alma matter, Utah Valley. So they packed up and moved to Utah. They created a home, adopted a spunky kitty named Nacho, and decided it was time to take the next big step.
