Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 10th, 2026. If unable to attend please mark, "Not attending." This is a hard deadline, as we must submit our final guest count to the venue and our vendors. We truly appreciate your understanding and timely response. If we do not receive an RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you are unable to make it and mark you as not attending.

Am I allowed to bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity we kindly ask that only the guest whose names appear on the invitation attend. If a plus one is included for you, it will be reflected when you RSVP on the website. We are so excited to celebrate and see everyone!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love all of the kids, but we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception adult only. This excludes our ring bearer and flower girl. We are hoping you will take this opportunity to enjoy a kid free night and enjoy yourselves. We appreciate any prior arrangements made and look forward to celebrating with you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm so please arrive no later than 4:15pm to give yourself plenty of time to park and get settled. You will not be let into the ceremony building after 4:30pm to avoid any disruptions. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code in place for the wedding?

Answer

We are encouraging everyone to please wear semi formal attire. Black tie is optional. Please we ask guest to avoid jeans, flip flops, or tank tops. A color palette will be included with our formal invitation to help guide your attire choices for inspiration!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors. Cocktail hour is directly across from the ceremony located under the covered patio. The reception will be indoors at Cedar Hall.

Are there accommodations for individuals traveling from out of town?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms at two hotels in Murfreesboro, TN located at the same address and we have blocked rooms at a hotel in Spring Hill, TN for those traveling in. Please see the travel tab to take advantage of room discounts. We appreciate anyone who has taken time to travel in for our wedding day!
