We met on March 15, 2022. Our first encounter was dreamy: a big green garden, a starry night, and a bonfire. Sounds romantic, right? We can’t take any credit, it wasn’t a date. It was actually a Persian celebration of fire. We could say, “...we chatted by the fire, while the flames of love were rising in our hearts.” But that’s too cheesy, so let’s move on. Over the Summer of 2022, we started spending more time together. It was a hot summer. And if we were being cheesy, we would say “The heat didn’t compare to what we were feeling in our hearts.” But nope, not going there. So, let’s skip the rest of the details and fast forward to today: we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate our love with all of our favorite people, on the anniversary of our first encounter!
