What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. We ask that guests try to avoid wearing blush pink or navy.

I want to write a check. Who do I make it out to?

Answer

You may write a check out to Jamel or Kiana, however we ask to continue to use Kiana's last name as Robinson to avoid complications with the bank.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the intimacy of our event. Children will be limited to the family of the bride and groom.

Do you have any hotel accommodations?

Answer

We do! The hotel will be located at The Hampton Inn and Suites Rocky Hill Hartford- South. To ensure the discounted room block price, you must book by March 23rd. Please visit the Accommodation tab for more information.

Will there be an after party

Answer

You are welcome to join us at The Hampton Inn and Suites Rocky Hill Hartford- South following the reception (The hotel with our room block). We will be in a private meeting room starting at 11PM to 2AM. We are asking guests to help stock the bar by bringing a bottle! Please be sure to submit the RSVP for this event so we have an accurate head count.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We will not be able to provide transportation for our guests to and from the hotel.

How early are guests able to arrive to the venue?

Answer

Doors will open for entry at 4PM. We kindly ask our guests to arrive no later than 4:25PM. The Ceremony will being at 4:30PM and entry to the venue will not be permitted during the ceremony.

Do we have to book via your room block?

Answer

No! You are not obligated to book the room block we have set up. There are not many hotels within 30 minutes of the venue so we have done our best finding an accommodating hotel!

Is the ceremony and reception indoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outside under a covered porch. The Reception will be indoors with the option to go out on to the deck!

Are you having an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

While we do not plan to have an unplugged ceremony, we ask all guests to refrain from standing in the aisles and be considerate of other guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions!

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar so come prepared to raise a glass!
