A shuttle will be running from the main lobby of both hotels. This is a 15-passenger vehicle that will be going back and forth between the hotels and the venue. If you drive to the venue but have a little too much fun, you may still ride the shuttle back to the hotel. The venue just asks that you pick up your car before noon the following day!
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. This will give you plenty of time to park, find the venue, grab some water, use the restroom, and get settled before the festivities begin. We’d love for everyone to be seated and ready so we can start right on time!
We kindly request that our guests dress in formal attire to match the elegance of our celebration. Ladies: Please we are evening gowns, cocktail dresses, or other formal wear. Please no white or cream colors. Gentlemen: Suits and ties or tuxedos are appreciated.
We'd love our guests to have a good time without worrying about little eyes and ears, so we politely request no children.
Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
