We're getting married!

Luke and Kiaira were just 14 when they met, two teenagers in the early days of high school, not yet knowing that life had an incredible journey waiting for them. They became close friends first, learning about each other, laughing through the awkwardness of growing up, and slowly building a connection that felt deeper than either of them could explain. At 16, that friendship turned into something more. They started seeing each other, hearts full of possibility, even though they knew a big change was coming. Luke was preparing to move to Utah. In September of 2020, he left, but their story was far from over. Despite the distance, they stayed connected. Every message, every call, every moment apart only made their bond stronger. Then, during a visit home, Luke asked Kiaira to be his girlfriend on December 28th, 2020. That night marked the beginning of something they both knew was worth holding onto. Nearly two years of long distance followed, filled with longing, growth, and unwavering love. When Kiaira graduated high school, she followed her heart and him to Utah. They started a new life together, full of warmth, laughter, and, of course, their two cats, Raven and Rosie. They made a home, side by side. On October 4th, 2024, while visiting Kiaira's family in Washington, Luke took her to the peaceful shores of Cama Beach on Camano Island. Surrounded by the gentle waves and memories of where she grew up, Luke asked Kiaira to marry him. It was quiet, simple, and perfect. The kind of moment that stays in your heart forever.
