Hello Friends and Family! What a year it has been. When COVID-19 upended our plans for our beach wedding in Florida last April, we re-booked the VRBO house in Destin for May 1-8, 2021! In the meantime, we had an intimate ceremony in Boulder, CO on October 3rd, 2020. Since many of you weren't able to celebrate with us in October, we'd love to celebrate with you in May! Our booking is now from a Saturday to Saturday, we are planning an informal party on Sunday, May 2nd to kick off the week. We will be there all week so you can feel free to come and stay the whole week or just a few days - whatever works best for you! We met at none other than a Macaroni and Cheese festival in Copper, Colorado, where we spent the afternoon standing in long lines waiting to sample mac&cheese from restaurants across Colorado (the company was definitely better than the food!). Later that day, Nate asked me out to "get beer or ice cream, whatever floats your boat" which I, apparently reading my texts too quickly, interpreted as him asking me to get root beer floats. With such a cute date suggestion, how could I say no?! We went on our first date about a week later (no root beer floats to my surprise, but there were margaritas!) and the rest is history!
