Our story began in the most romantic place imaginable….geometry class. I was just a 15-year-old girl who couldn’t tell an angle from a triangle, and he was a 16-year-old boy who actually paid attention. Lucky for me, he decided to help the clueless girl sitting behind him with her math homework, and well…….the rest is history. What started as “Can you help me with this problem?” turned into “You’re my problem now.” From hallway laughs to late-night talks, school dances to first dates, we somehow went from “what movie do you wanna watch this weekend at the movies?” to “How do you feel about this house?” Eight years later, we’ve survived high school, adulting, home projects, and endless debates over what to watch on Netflix - and we still wouldn’t change a thing. Geometry may not have taught me much about shapes, but it did teach me that love doesn’t always add up. It clicks.
