Transportation
Guests who book through the resort will be contacted prior to travel to submit their flight information for airport transportation coordination. Once you arrive at the Cancun airport, proceed through the airport exit area and look for the Lomas Travel signage outside for your shuttle transportation to the resort. We recommend avoiding anyone inside the airport offering transportation or excursion services, as these are typically third-party vendors not affiliated with the resort.
Book your dinner reservations upon arrival
Restaurants fill up quickly, so we recommend booking all of your dinner reservations on the day you arrive. There are over 10 different spots to try across the resort complex!
Dinner Attire
Several restaurants at the resort have evening dress codes for dinner service, so be sure to pack appropriate dinner attire for your stay. Swimwear, flip flops, tank tops, and overly casual attire may not be permitted at some restaurants.
Weather
November in Riviera Maya is typically warm and humid. Lightweight clothing is recommended, though evenings can occasionally feel breezy near the water. Don't forget your sunscreen!
Currency & Tipping
The resort is all-inclusive, so most meals, drinks, and amenities are covered during your stay. Tips are optional but always appreciated by the incredible resort staff. We recommend bringing some small USD bills for tipping, transportation, excursions, or airport purchases.
