Due to a limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
Kids are more than welcome as long as we have notice that your kids will be attending (for catering purposes). We will have a bounce house and a kid's table for those that do attend. Our only ask is that if you choose to bring your kids, you have eyes on them at all times and make sure they don't interrupt important events. (Ex. Letting them run out on the dance floor during our first dance, or if your child is crying during the ceremony, please walk away.
There will be an open bar, but only for a limited amount of time. Once the "open bar" runs out, it will become a cash bar. There is an ATM located at the venue to withdraw cash if needed.
The ceremony will be outdoors on the grass (weather permitting). The reception will be inside. Early October in Kentucky is generally nice, about 60-75 degrees during the day, upper 40s at night.
We ask that during the ceremony, phones be tucked away and on silent. We have hired a professional photographer to take pictures of those precious moments. After that, take whatever pictures you want. All we ask is that you DO NOT post pictures with the bride until she posts first.
