If possible, please kindly RSVP or DECLINE the invitation by 01 December, 2025, since we have to finalize our guest counts with our vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly. We may follow up with you between 01/12-12/12 if we still receive no response.
When you reach downtown Saratoga, the road becomes Big Basin Way (Highway 9). Continue on Big Basin Way for about 1 mile. When you are outside of downtown, drive slowly as you approach—the entrance appears quickly after a curve. Look for the entrance to Hakone Gardens (21000 Big Basin Way) on your LEFT-hand side. The entrance is tucked away and easy to miss. If you pass it, the next U-turn is quite far—so keep an eye out once you’re about a mile past downtown Saratoga. The driveway is a bit steep and winding. Drive slowly when turning in.
If you accidentally pass Hakone Gardens and continue onto Highway 9, don’t worry—you can make a U-turn whenever you get to a safe spot up the road and come back down toward Saratoga. The entrance will then be on your right (sharp turn). Just a little extra scenic drive through the redwoods before the celebration!🌿✨ However, please note that there will be barely or no phone signal at all for GPS on that part of Highway 9.
We start welcoming guests at 10 AM, and the ceremony starts at 10:30 AM. Please arrive early if you can to enjoy the beauty of this Japanese garden. Guests have free access to the gardens and parkings.
