Wedding Dinner Menu Appetizer Corn bisque Prosciutto salad / Green leaves with prosciutto, melon, ground olives and warm hazelnut vinaigrette. Entree Surf and Turf- Tenderloin medallions baked with a walnut crust, parsley and Parmesan, and served with a Port. Accompanied with a grilled Sea Bass fillet, with Limoncello sauce with Parmesan Risotto and Broccoli with garlic as the sides. Desert Panacotta of guava, Served with Aspic of red fruits.
