To RSVP, a deposit in the amount of $200 is required for each guest ages 18+. Payments can be made via CashApp to $CaribbeanWedding2026 or via Zelle to CaribbeanWedding26@gmail.com The deadline to RSVP is Friday, March 28, 2025.

I missed the RSVP deadline, Can I still go?

Answer

Yes! You absolutely CAN… The Venue charges us $125 for each additional adult and $50 for each additional child beyond the confirmed guest count. This means that you will be responsible for paying the additional fee upfront along with your $200 deposit if we have reached capacity seating and you are still interested in attending.

Can I book my own hotel or other lodging that is NOT at the Resort hosting your wedding?

Answer

This option of lodging is extremely limited and may not be approved which means you may have to stay on resort or miss the wedding. Per Resort Requirements, guests that are not staying on Resort have to pay for individual day passes to attend the wedding. The day pass is $125. The Resort hosting our wedding REQUIRES 80% of our wedding guests to stay on property. Example(s): Out of 30 Guests, 24 of you MUST stay on resort. Not negotiable. Out of 25 Guests, 20 of you MUST stay on resort. Not negotiable. In order to attend the wedding while lodging off resort, you need to send an email to CaribbeanWedding26@gmail.com before Friday, May 2nd of 2025. The subject line should read “RSVP for [Your Name +1]” The message should include the Confirmation # for your Off Resort lodging. Feel free to include the screenshot of the booking confirmation page.

Are the arrival and departure dates mandatory?

Answer

No. Some people feel that if they are going to travel out of the country for an event, they would rather make the most of it and stay as long as they can… However, the ceremony is Saturday, 04/25/26. You can arrive Friday afternoon instead of Thursday and check out Sunday or later.

What's the dress code for the wedding?

(For the photos of course) The Ceremony is on the beach… \Blue-Greens like mint or turquoise/ /Browns like Copper or Penny Bronze\ \Peach hues like Salmon or Rose gold/ Any lighter or deeper shade of these colors will be perfect for photos!
