What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is black-tie; formal attire required. As the bride, I would love to see the girlies in long gowns/dresses and the men in tuxedos! As always, please do not wear white or ivory.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Your plus one will be indicated on your wedding invitation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:45 PM and no later than 6:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.

Is parking included?

Answer

Please let the hotel know that you are with our wedding party. For non-overnight guests, parking has been reduced to $10.00. Please note, our wedding will be open bar and we require either a designated safe driver or kindly ask that you take a ride-share program. As always, you can always book a room at the hotel under our group rate to eliminate any of those decisions!

Will there be a meal provided?

Answer

Absolutely! While we will be serving a late dinner at 8:00 PM, we will have an array of hors d'oeuvres beginning at 7:00 PM for cocktail hour!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We encourage photos and videos; however, we do REQUIRE all audio to be turned completely off (on silent) during video recordings, and the flash to remain OFF to avoid interfering with the ceremony and our photographer/videographer.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We have indicated on your invitation whether or not your little one has an RSVP to our wedding. However, we do require all children under 6 to have supervision in the pre-function space during the vows and ceremony. We have such a small wedding guest list and all noise will be captured on film. We hope you understand that we need to keep the noise reduced, and at a minimum, for our wedding video.

What should I do if I need to cancel my attendance?

Answer

Please let us know as soon a possible so we can make accommodations on our end. We understand that last minute emergencies happen, but hope that you can let us know prior to 4 weeks before the wedding.
