What's the deal with the bus?

Answer

We have booked a bus for 50 people. This is first come first serve and is $15 per person for a roundtrip. The bus will pick you up downtown Chattanooga and will bring you to the venue. This will allow you to freely drink & party without worrying about Uber surge charges and trying to scramble for a ride home. The bus will leave the venue around 12:30am and drop you off at the same location as pick up. This will allow you to take advantage of cheaper uber/lyft options downtown, ride with a friend, or hit up a few more spots before the night ends. We definitely encourage you to do this.

Where does the bus meet?

Answer

The bus will meet at the corner of Power Alley and West 3rd street in Chattanooga. The bus will arrive at 7:30 and will leave exactly at 8:00pm. Please make sure you arrive with enough time to either park your car or be dropped off by 8pm. If you are parking a car, there is a public parking lot behind the Creative Discovery Museum that would be a great spot to park. However, you may park anywhere or take advantage of free meter parking. If you are taking an Uber or Lyft. I would suggest using the drop offf location of Power Alley by the Chattanooga Lookouts Stadium. This will take you exactly to the dropoff location for the bus. You won’t be able to miss it! Once again, the bus will pick up at the corner of Power Alley and West 3rd street. If you have any issues on 12/31 locating the bus please contact Cheyenne Howard 912-599-9073.

Can we take the bus even if we're not staying downtown?

Answer

Sure! The bus is for anyone! However there will only be one drop off point so you'll have to either drive to your next destination or catch an UBER or LYFT.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

If you're riding the downtown bus please plan to arrive between 7:30-7:45pm. If you're parking at the venue, please plan ahead and arrive with enough time to park and be shuttled to the top of the venue by 8:30. We will have drinks and delicious snacks waiting for you.

Can we UBER or LYFT to your venue?

Answer

Yes, UBER and LYFT will both take you to our venue. However you MUST pre schedule your ride home. It is very hard to get multiple cars to pick up at our location, especially on NYE. If you're not going to take advantage of our downtown bus please make sure you plan accordingly.

Can we park on location?

Yes, you will park at the bottom of the mountain and then be shuttled to the top.

Should we carpool?

Answer

Yes, carpool. The parking lot is not very large.

How far is your venue from downtown?

Answer

25 minutes.

How long does it take to get from the parking lot to the top of the mountain?

Answer

Approximately 2 minutes or less.

What happens if I need to leave early?

Answer

The venue shuttle can take you to your parked car at the bottom of the mountain. This does not apply for those of you riding the bus. You will be there until the wedding is over.

Can we leave our cars overnight?

Answer

Only incase of an emergency. They must be off the property by 10am.

What is the dresscode?

Answer

Cocktail & NYE Attire: wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

No, not unless it has been authorized by the bride & groom.

Only unless you need assistance or have previously spoken to the bride & groom.
