Our Story

From Meeting to soon to be Married 💫

Reconnecting years after meeting through college partying and drinking via having each other’s numbers saved for all that time, we slowly met up and went on dates but quickly fell fast. After getting to know each other on a deeper level with the help of social settings, games, alcohol, full acceptance, and openness and honesty, our relationship blossomed. Particularly a night when Khánh took Kaylie to a Drake concert sparked the words, “i love you” but when the words came out again a week later, Kaylie put aside her fears and said it back. From there, witnessing friends all around us getting married and attending 3 weddings together in the first 6 months of dating really connected us as we saw each other’s love and support for other people. We moved in together after 9 months of dating, We lived together for a year and then got engaged, and then bought a house 6 months after getting engaged. We have built a happy life together without any pressure and just what feels right. To us. Together. We have supported eachother through big trials in each other’s lives and will continue to always do so. We know we will always have each other and want to officially become the foundation of a new family through marriage. While life is never perfect or exactly how we imagined it would go, we accept our own imperfections and each other’s, and are living the present with full hearts and look forward to a bright future. With each other’s families/friends, future kiddo’s, and Sam 🐶.

Can’t wait to FINALLY be married!

Less than 4 months out!!

We have now been engaged for over 30 months! We are more ready than ever to finally get married and we are more ready than ever to start a family. We have grown so much as stronger and better individuals and a stronger and better couple in this crazy long (longer than planned) engagement. Two cancelled and rescheduled wedding dates later, nine months of adapting to life amidst a Pandemic, and owning a home together for two full years now, we are still falling in love with each other more every single day. We have been looking forward to our wedding day for quite some time now and April 9th, 2021 will finally be here sooner than we know it! We are beyond excited to see everyone and party til we drop (in the safest way possible). We COMPLETELY understand if you and your family may not be comfortable to attend a large event so please do not think we will be offended in any way. Please update your RSVP to your definite answer of attending or unattending by 3/5/2021. We can’t wait to declare our vows in front of you all and celebrate with the people that have the most importance in our lives. P.S. If you have any change requests, questions, or concerns in plus ones or rsvp names (children etc) Please text or call Kaylie at (740)815-2313. We want everyone who wants to come to absolutely come and be included!

Friday Evening Wedding

Starting promptly at 6:30pm

Unfortunately our wedding venue did not have anymore Saturday’s left in all of 2021! The only Friday’s they had left were our date and a September date and we definitely didnt want to wait until September. The time of the wedding is decided upon by the venue for each day. Our time allotted is 6:30pm earliest Ceremony start time and 6pm guest arrival time. Please arrive promptly in your seats by 6:30pm as we would like to start the Ceremony right at 6:30pm. We are having a short and sweet ceremony and can’t wait to spend the rest of the night eating, drinking, dancing, and capturing all the memorable moments.
