Can I Bring A Plus-One?
Answer
We are planning an intimate wedding with our closest family and friends. Therefore, there are no plus ones. As we have a strict guest list, we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please reach out to us if you would like to request an exception.

Where Should I Stay?
Answer
There are a number of hotels in the area. We have a room block at the Courtyard Hartford Cromwell hotel. Please see the "travel" page for more information.

Can I bring the kids?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Please wear formal attire, black-tie optional.

Will there be special diet options?
Answer
Yes, we will have a fish, chicken, and vegetarian/vegan option. Please reach out if you require further dietary accommodations.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be at the Wadsworth Mansion. We will be getting married outdoors, with an indoor reception to follow. The venue is both air-conditioned and handicap accessible.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP through the "RSVP" page on the website. You can access it through the menu or scan the QR code on your invitation. Please RSVP as soon as you are able.

Is there parking?
Answer
There will be free parking available for guests at the wedding venue. Please park behind the building.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gifts?
Answer
If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can find our registry on the "Registry" tab. We have a few items included on the list, but more than anything would appreciate monetary gifts for our honeymoon or future home, which can be given through the link by card or venmo. There will also be a wedding card box will be at our reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes. Please drink responsibly and consider staying the night if you intend to drink.

Can I take photos?
Answer
Yes and no. We will have an unplugged ceremony and kindly request that you refrain from using your phone and taking photos during that time. Our wonderful photographer David will capture the moment, and we would appreciate our guests being present during the wedding. After we say "I do" we welcome and encourage you to take photos, and to share them with us as well.

Will there be food?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. We will have an open bar and dessert stations as well.
