Travel

We encourage you to make your travel arrangements sooner rather than later. This event falls on the same weekend as EDC, and in past years, hotel and transportation options have become limited and more expensive as the date approaches. To help make your planning easier, we’ve included instructions and suggestions below covering: - Recommended accommodations and lodging options - Travel tips, including local transportation and parking options - Nearby dining and attractions to enhance your stay - Any additional event-specific details you may need Reviewing this information early will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. We’re excited to welcome you and want your weekend to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible!

Travel Note

Step 1: Fly Into Las Vegas

The airport for all travelers is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) (formerly McCarran), just off the Strip. It’s one of the busiest airports in the U.S., so there are usually direct flights from most major cities: West Coast: 1–2 hrs (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, Salt Lake City) Midwest: 2.5–3.5 hrs (Denver, Dallas, Chicago, Houston, Minneapolis, St. Louis) East Coast: 4.5–6 hrs (New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Miami) Smaller cities: Connect once through a major hub.

Travel Note

Step 2: From Airport to JW Marriott

Distance: ~17 miles northwest of the airport, about 25–30 minutes by car. Options: Rideshare (Uber/Lyft): $35–$55 depending on time of day. Taxi: Flat rates from LAS, typically $40–$60. Rental Car: Recommended if you want to explore Red Rock Canyon (10 min from the resort) or the Strip. JW Marriott offers free parking.
