Road Trip!

We appreciate each of you taking the time to travel and celebrate with us! The drive from Frederick, MD to Brown Mountain Beach Resort in Lenoir, NC is peaceful and scenic, it takes about 7 hours. Our wedding celebrations begin on Sunday 6/28/26. Consider starting your journey on Friday or Saturday and stopping along the way at places like Luray Caverns (largest caverns in the Eastern, US!), Shenandoah National Park (Skyline Drive has breathtaking views you can literally see from your car!), and more! Click on the link to see some road trip recommendations. Remember, this trip is for making memories and enjoying time together, not for complaining about gas prices & bathroom breaks lol!

Flight

Charlotte Douglas International Airport

This is the closest airport to the venue (about 1hr 30 min). Please let us know if you will be flying in, we will try to coordinate all of our flying friends for ease of getting to the venue.

House Or Rental

Brown Mountain Beach Resort

Our venue offers lodging in the form of cabins & yurts. Camping or parking your camper/RV on site could be an option as well, please let us know if that is something you would be interested in! We would love to have as many of our people stay on site as possible. We will open the on-site lodging to our immediate family and wedding party first and then open the remaining options to the rest of our friends & family!
