When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is September 1st, 2026. Due to limited availability, if we do not receive a response by this date, your spot will be released and offered to another guest. No exceptions will be made. We kindly ask that you RSVP before the deadline—we would truly love to have you in attendance! La fecha límite para confirmar asistencia es el 1 de septiembre de 2026. Debido a la disponibilidad limitada, si no recibimos su respuesta antes de esta fecha, su lugar será liberado y ofrecido a otro invitado. No se harán excepciones. Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited availability, no additional guests will be allowed at the venue. Your invitation and RSVP will indicate the number of guests included in your party. Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to make our event adults-only. We kindly ask that you make prior arrangements, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided on the day of the wedding. Shuttle pick-up locations and designated times will be shared in advance. Please note that shuttles will not wait for late guests, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time. After the ceremony, transportation will be provided to take guests to the reception, where the celebration will continue. Transportation will not be provided from the airport to the hotel; however, we do have a preferred taxi/transportation service that we can share upon request for scheduled arrivals and departures. Se proporcionará transporte el día de la boda. Se compartirán con anticipación los puntos y horarios designados para la recogida de los autobuses. Why is pick up time so early for ceremony?

Answer

We understand the pick-up time may feel early, but it is carefully planned due to the time difference between Nayarit and Jalisco. Jalisco is one hour ahead of Nayarit, and this time change plays an important role in ensuring the day runs smoothly and on schedule. The early departure allows enough time for travel, arrival, and getting everyone comfortably settled before the ceremony begins, helping avoid delays and making sure all events flow as planned. Entendemos que la hora de recogida puede parecer temprana, pero está cuidadosamente planeada debido a la diferencia de horario entre Nayarit y Jalisco. Jalisco está una hora adelantado respecto a Nayarit, y este cambio de horario juega un papel importante para asegurar que el día transcurra sin contratiempos y conforme al programa. La salida temprana permite contar con el tiempo suficiente para el traslado, la llegada y que todos puedan acomodarse con tranquilidad antes de que comience la ceremonia, evitando retrasos y asegurando que todos los eventos se desarrollen según lo planeado.

The closest and most convenient airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) in Puerto Vallarta. This is the only nearby airport and is recommended for all guests traveling to the wedding location. Do I need a passport or visa?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required for all guests traveling by air from the U.S. to Puerto Vallarta (PVR), as you will go through customs and immigration upon arrival in Mexico. Our wedding planner, Blanca will be handling all coordination, questions, and concerns. Her preferred method of communication is WhatsApp, and we will share her contact information once RSVPs are finalized in September. Where do you reccomend staying?

In our travel section, you will find a list of recommended hotels in San Pancho, which is approximately a 10-minute drive from the venue. We suggest staying in this area for the most convenient access to the wedding events and transportation. Is there a dress code?

Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans, sandals, tennis shoes, and hats. We kindly ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony and that all phones be put away during this time so everyone can be fully present. However, photos are welcome during the cocktail hour and reception—we’d love for you to capture and enjoy those moments! I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have any food allergies, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make special arrangements in advance. We want to ensure all guests are well taken care of and can enjoy the meal safely.
